Who Should Participate?

Coaching professionals who, in service to their clients and the wider system:

Are looking for a way to reflect on their coaching practice in order to move to their next level
Want to unpack what is triggering them in coaching/facilitation sessions
Want to have a larger individual and systemic impact
Want to discuss a “difficult” coachee
Want to unpack potential ethical dilemmas
Wish to learn and grow in community, with colleagues from different schools (and sometimes different countries)
Want to engage in “just in time” learning about how they are showing up as a coach
Are feeling fatigued and want to engage in resilience and self- care in a group setting
Wish to earn up to 10 Core CCEUs towards re-credentialing and CPD for other coaching associations

Participants bring a case or a pattern that they have noticed in their coaching or themselves, to examine/rotating turns and creating space for urgent emergent issues
Other participants participate in the discussion
Facilitator/Supervisor is trained as a Reflective Practitioner

Program consists of 8 sessions, once a month, 90 minutes per sessions
Maximum 4 coaches/facilitators per group
Sessions will be booked via Doodle Poll
One “make up” session at the end of the program in case you need to miss a session

$1350 Cdn + GST (that’s $113.50 per hour); all others $1200 US (returning participants receive 10% discount)
