Group Coaching Supervision
Want to elevate your coaching practice to the next level? Deepen your learning and transform your client relationships with Reflection on Practice, a facilitated conversation with Lily Seto Coaching & Consulting. The purpose of reflective practice is to discuss your work in confidence in order to be at your best for your clients.
How it works
Groups of 4-5 experienced coaches will meet for eight 90-minute sessions via Zoom to learn and share together, with a trained professional guiding the way. Discussions can include resilience and self-care, challenging clients, ethical dilemmas, and more.
Groups begin late January and late September each year.
For re-credentialing with ICF, 1 supervision hour = 1 Core Continuing Ed (CCE) (max 10 per renewal)
