Join Lily Seto, PCC, as she introduces you to the Metaphor Magic Box. Invite your coaching clients to see a different perspective by using the Metaphor Magic Box in your sessions.

Metaphors are a powerful way to work with our coaching clients. Using metaphors, clients access another part of the brain and this tool will encourage them to think in a different way. When using the Metaphor Magic Box in your session, your clients will begin to explore their unconscious meaning of the symbols that they choose.

In this 2-1/2 hour workshop, you will experience a demonstration using a Metaphor Magic Box and then there will be a debrief and a conversation on the principles of working with these metaphors effectively. You will also have the opportunity to practice a short coaching session with a colleague using your Magic Box.
