This series is for the advanced coach practitioner wishing to discover the multiple uses of the Metaphor Magic Box.
Workshop 1: A Deep Dive with the Metaphor Magic Box
Whether you are new to the Magic Box or desire a refresher, we will take a deep dive and discuss experiences and applications, exploring the neuroscience behind using metaphoric landscape in coaching and practice in pairs.
Workshop 2: Magic: Groups and Teams
An exploration and practice of different ways to use the Metaphor Magic Box with groups and in team coaching. We will participate in two group experiences, and finish with an exchange on the multiple creative ways to use the box with individuals, teams, and groups.
Workshop 3: Virtual Metaphor Magic Box
Coaches will have used the Magic Box between session 2 & 3 and share their wisdom about what’s been discovered from their practice session. We’ll zoom out to the larger energy field and then zoom in to the different ways to integrate visuals, somatic, and systems thinking.

About The Instructor
Lily Seto, MA, CEC, AoCS, is a Certified and Accredited Executive and Leadership Coach (PCC), as well as a Certified Mentor Coach and holds a Diploma in Coaching Supervision. She uses creative tools that challenge her global clients to think in different ways.
