Lily is a Certified Executive Coach, a Mentor Coach (International Coach Federation) and an Accredited Coaching Supervisor. Through her successful consultancy, Lily supports her clients through leadership development, conflict coaching, intercultural coaching, career coaching, and change management. Lily also mentors coaches to meet the core competencies of the International Coach and Coach Supervision.
Lily has developed high impact workshops on various topics and coached leaders in an Executive Leadership Development program. Her work in designing and training facilitators on the “Building a Respectful Workplace” workshop was a finalist in the 2009 Premiers Awards.
Lily's passion for continual learning in herself and in others has propelled her to a career in which she supports colleagues, peers, and clients to grow and exceed their expectations. She has contributed to several publications and is currently an Assistant Faculty Member with GTCI. She has also completed the PCC Marker Training and is a registered Mentor Coach. In her personal time, Lily is dedicated to her community, and volunteers with various causes.
