Mary Crowley  Certified Professional Coach 

Mary has extensive experience in the public service as a coach, leader, facilitator and training consultant. Her passion for people and their development lead her to coaching. Mary is a skillful coach, highly effective facilitator and licensed coaching skills trainer.

Mary is known for her compassion, deep listening skills and belief in people to find their own path. Her positive outlook and curiosity sees possibilities. Mary has a keen ability to remain present and can be counted on for her insights, warmth and humour. She cares deeply about people’s learning and meets “people where they are at” and helps them adopt new thinking and behaviours to achieve the results they are seeking. 

She employs a collaborative and integrated approach to customize services and workshops to meet your needs. Mary has worked with leaders at all levels. Her areas of specialization include meaning and purpose, emotional intelligence, resonant leadership, career transition, team coaching, well being and resilience. Mindfulness, resonance, multiple intelligences and somatic coaching are major influences for her.

Mary believes coaching brings out the best-whether it’s in leadership, performance, communication, relationships or personal development. She is passionate in supporting others to develop basic coaching skills to connect in meaningful conversations.

Mary completed her Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching through Royal Roads University. She is a Certified Spiritual Intelligence Coach and a licensed coaching skills trainer. She holds the designation of Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coach Federation (ICF) and is a member of the ICF.

 

Tracey Burns - Professional Certified Coach

Tracey holds her Professional Certified Coach designation awarded by the International Coach Federation, has a degree in Business Administration and a background in law, finance and real estate.  Her fascination with Coaching began while operating her family owned legal research company.  Realizing that her company’s success depended on the health and success experienced by her employees she began reading and researching the skills needed to promote a healthy company culture and discovered the process of Coaching. Seizing an opportunity to expand her skills and experience, Tracey spent several years in California where she completed many courses focused on developing individual and organizational effectiveness and communication.

Tracey works with organizations and individuals to promote, create and contribute to organizational health.  She currently coaches leaders in the areas of performance, communication, feedback debriefing and plan implementation, specific behaviour and change management during onboarding or advancement. Tracey models her coaching after the standards, ethics and core competencies as defined by the International Coach Federation. Her coaching method is ontologically based, a cutting edge approach that encompasses an understanding of how our thoughts, physiology and use of language impacts our results. Tracey’s focus is on an individual’s process, behaviours and habits as they relate to goal setting, outcome creation and process management. 

She has coached senior leaders within the private and public sector for over seven years.  Her client base is diverse including some of the following organizations, Schnitzer Steel, Viking Air, Health PEI, Arbutus Grove Nursery and Cowichan Sportsplex in addition to her ongoing roster of individual leaders. Her clients consistently generate reliable results that are testament to her coaching skills, passion and heart-filled impact.  

Tracey is a dynamic trainer, speaker and facilitator having developed and delivered a series of communication programs which she wrote specifically for Senior Level Executives. In addition she trained and led teams of Coaches in San Diego, Seattle and most recently Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia delivering a rigorous twelve month accredited Coach Training Program.
